By creating an account and using Buildrr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all registered tradespeople using the Buildrr portal.
Buildrr aggregates and presents trade job opportunities to registered tradespeople. We are an introduction and lead generation platform. We are not party to any contract for work between a tradesperson and a client. All agreements for work are made directly and independently.
You must hold all required licences, certifications, and public liability insurance for the work you undertake. You must not misrepresent your qualifications or experience. You are solely responsible for the quality of work you carry out.
Job listings on Buildrr may be sourced from third-party websites, homeowner submissions, or generated leads. Buildrr makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listed job. You should independently verify any job before committing to quote or travel.
Free accounts are available at no cost with limited daily quote allowances. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the prevailing rate. Your first 14 days on Pro are free — no charge will be made until after the trial period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
BuildrrAI is a suite of document generation tools included in the Buildrr portal. All BuildrrAI tools operate entirely within your browser and produce documents based on pre-built templates and knowledge bases.
Important: Documents generated by BuildrrAI (including RAMS, Programmes of Works, Schedules of Works, and invoices) are provided for guidance and convenience purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, health and safety, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for:
Buildrr Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, injury, claim, or regulatory action arising from reliance on documents produced by BuildrrAI tools.
You must not use Buildrr to contact clients obtained through the platform outside the platform in a way that circumvents our service. You must not post false information, create fake reviews, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Buildrr is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss of income, missed opportunities, or disputes arising from jobs listed on the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the previous 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Homeowners and property managers may post job requests on the Buildrr platform free of charge. By submitting a job, you consent to your name, contact details, and job description being stored in our database and shared with registered Buildrr tradespeople in your area.
When you post a job, you are issued a unique access code. This code allows you to access your job tracking page at buildrr.uk/track at any time, without creating an account. Your tracking page shows quotes received from tradespeople, including their name and quote amount. You may accept or decline individual quotes directly from this page.
Your access code is confidential — anyone with the code can view your job details and quotes. Keep it secure. Buildrr does not guarantee responses to job posts, does not intermediate in any agreement made between a customer and tradesperson, and is not party to any contract formed as a result of a job post.
